Pineapple Casserole

  • 40 oz canned pineapple chunks (two 20-oz cans)
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
