- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Pineapple tidbits (undrained)
- 1 cup sliced Beets
- 1 Tbsp Margarine
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions

In saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt, add pineapple and bring to a boil stirring constantly until thick about 2 minutes.

Add beets, butter, and lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Stir occasionally.
