Pineapple Baked Ham

  • 1 cooked ham with bone i n
  • 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1-12 ounce can of sliced pineapple, drained
  • Maraschino cherri es
  • Whole cloves

Instructions

    Score the surface of ham with diagonal cuts in diamond shapes. Insert cloves into diamonds.

    Place the ham in to a roasting pan.

    Bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees.

    Combine the brown sugar and pineapple juice, and pour over the ham.

  5. 5

    Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on ham.

  6. 6

    Bake uncovered for an additional 30 -40 minutes.
