- 1. Mix garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt in a small mixing
- 2. Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
- 3. Sear chicken on each side for 7 minutes or until a meat
- 4. Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together.
- 5. Plate your kale and pour the dressing over, and toss to combine.
- 6. Cut the chicken on a diagonal and place on top of the salad.
