Pimento Cheese Dip

- 1 each - 4 oz. can pimientos, chopped and oil reserved
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.3 cup Durkee’s hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon style mustard
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tsp sugar
- 0.5 each lb. grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1/3 each lb. grated processed American cheese
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except cheeses.

Add grated cheeses and mix well.

Moisten with reserved pimiento oil.

Chill overnight to ripen flavor.
