Philadelphia Cheesesteak

- 3 tbsp soybean or vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup diced white onions
- 1 0.5 lb rib eye beef, sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 4 whole 6-inch Italian rolls, slit lengthwise
- 1 cup Cheese Whiz
Instructions

Add 1 tablespoon oil to a hot skillet and cook onions until they just begin to brown. Set aside.

Add remaining oil to another hot skillet and cook beef slices about 45 seconds on each side, just until cooked through.

Divide meat among the rolls. Top with cooked onions.

Microwave Cheese Whiz briefly until warm and pourable; drizzle over cheesesteaks.

Add ketchup and pickle relish if desired. Serve hot.
