  • 0.5 lb pork, cubed
  • 1 each chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 each tablesoon cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 0.5 lb small shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 cup cauliflower (divided into florets)
  • 2 cup snow peas
  • 2 cup cabbage, sliced into 1 inch strips
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 12 oz Cantonese noodles (egg noodles)

Instructions

    In a frying pan, heat oil and saute garlic until brown.

    Add onion and cook until transparent.

    Season with salt.

    Stir in pork, chicken, shrimps and pepper.

    Simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add broth and vegetables.

    Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Add noodles and cook until noodles are flexible and not crunchy.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Top with scallions if desired.
