Philadelphia Cheesesteaks
Authentic-style Philly cheesesteaks — thin-sliced rib eye griddled with caramelized white onions, piled into Italian rolls, and smothered with Cheese Whiz.

- 3 tbsp soybean oil, divided
- 0.5 cup white onion, diced
- 12 oz rib eye beef, sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 2 count 6-inch Italian rolls, slit lengthwise
- 0.5 cup Cheez Whiz
- 2 tbsp ketchup (optional)
- 2 tbsp pickle relish (optional)

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onions until they just begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.

Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to another hot skillet. Cook beef slices about 45 seconds per side until just cooked through.

Pile meat onto rolls and top with cooked onions. Ladle Cheez Whiz over top.

Add ketchup and pickle relish if desired. Serve immediately.
