Pesto Sauce

- 4 cup fresh basil
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 6 sprig parsley
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- 0.3 cup pine nuts
- 0.5 cup fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Instructions

Place the basil in a blender. Add the oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and pine nuts.

Blend until all are chopped very fine.

Remove from the blender and stir in the Parmesan or Romano cheese.

Toss with freshly cooked pasta and serve immediately.
