Peanut Butter Protein Bars

A Cajun recipe for Vanilla.

  • 3 tablespoons sugarfree peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup artificial sweetener -- splenda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder (mine is 0 carbs)

Instructions

    Melt peanut butter, butter and cream cheese in microwave.

    Mix in Splenda and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Make sure everything is mixed well before adding protein powder.

  4. 4

    Add protein powder, 1/2 scoop at a time.
