Peanut Butter Cream Pie

- 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3/8 cup confectioners' sugar
- 0.3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 0.3 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 cup heavy cream, whipped to thick peaks
- 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust (half)
- 0.3 cup chopped salted peanuts, for garnish
- 0.5 cup chocolate sauce, for serving
- 2 oz chocolate, shaved into curls
- 4 fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Using an electric mixer fitted with a whip attachment, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until completely smooth.

Add the peanut butter, milk, and chopped roasted peanuts; beat well to combine.

Fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until incorporated. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

Refrigerate until completely chilled and set, at least 2 hours.

To serve, place a slice on each plate. Dollop with the remaining whipped cream. Garnish with salted peanuts, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, chocolate curls, and a sprig of fresh mint.
