  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups of quick oats
  • 1/2 cup of coconut
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

    Combine the sugar, butter, cocoa and the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil and continue to boil for 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add the vanilla, oats, peanut butter, coconut, and the nuts.

    Stir until well mixed.

    Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper

  5. 5

    Allow the cookies to cool.
