- 2 tbsp vinegar

- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.3 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.3 cup Half & Half
- 0.8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0 tsp finely ground pepper
- 0 tsp cracked peppercorns
- 0.3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
