  • 2 lb beef, cubed
  • 5 large carrots, cubed
  • 8 large potatoes, cubed
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp paprika
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper

    Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.

    Add water to just cover the vegetables.

    Cook on HIGH for 4 hours until beef is tender and vegetables are soft.
