Paper Sack Chicken

- 1 each Chicken - cut up
- 3 tbsp catsup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt

Heat sauce.

Dust cut-up chicken pieces well with flour, salt and pepper.

Grease the interior of a common grocery bag (paper).

Pour sauce over chicken and put pieces in the bag.

Fold and fasten the end, lay it on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.

Slit sack open, fold back and serve.
