Oven Baked Shrimp Stroganoff

- 8 oz medium egg noodles
- 8 oz sour cream
- 10 oz cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 0.3 cup sliced green onions
- 0.3 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 16 oz frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined, thawed

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine sour cream, soup, and dill in a large bowl.

Add green onions, black olives, ½ cup cheese, and shrimp. Mix well. Stir in noodles.

Place in a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Uncover and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
