Oven-Baked Shrimp Stroganoff

  • 8 oz medium egg noodles
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 10 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 0.3 cup sliced green onions
  • 0.3 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 16 oz frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined, thawed

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Cook egg noodles according to directions; drain.

    Combine sour cream, condensed soup, and dill weed in a large bowl.

    Add green onions, black olives, half the Cheddar, and shrimp. Mix well.

    Stir in cooked noodles.

    Place in a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

    Uncover, sprinkle with remaining Cheddar, and bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
