Oriental Baked Fish

  • 1 lb tuna, swordfish, or sea bass steak
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper
  • 2 slice fresh ginger root
  • 2 clove garlic, sliced

    Slash fish steak randomly with a knife. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper; rub thoroughly over fish.
