- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp granulated sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 2 slice fresh ginger root
- 2 clove garlic, sliced

Slash fish steak randomly with a knife. Preheat oven to 350°F.
