Orange Glazed Crockpot Chicken

  • 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 0.5 tsp dried marjoram
  • 6 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

    Combine thawed orange juice concentrate and marjoram in a shallow dish.

    Dip each chicken breast in the orange juice mixture and place in the crockpot.

    Pour remaining sauce over breasts.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

    To make a glaze: whisk cornstarch with ¼ cup cold water. Stir into cooking liquid.

    Turn to HIGH and cook 15 to 20 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
