Orange Cream Fruit Salad

  • 3 0.5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (1 package)
  • 1 0.5 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 0.8 cup sour cream
  • 20 oz canned pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 15 oz canned sliced peaches, drained
  • 11 oz canned mandarin orange segments
  • 2 bananas bananas, sliced
  • 1 apple apple, peeled, cored and sliced

Instructions

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, and orange juice concentrate.

    Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Mix in sour cream until smooth.

    In a large salad bowl, combine all the fruits.

    Gently mix in the orange cream dressing.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
