Orange Cream Fruit Salad

- 3 0.5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (1 package)
- 1 0.5 cup milk
- 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 0.8 cup sour cream
- 20 oz canned pineapple tidbits, drained
- 15 oz canned sliced peaches, drained
- 11 oz canned mandarin orange segments
- 2 bananas bananas, sliced
- 1 apple apple, peeled, cored and sliced

In a medium mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, and orange juice concentrate.

Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Mix in sour cream until smooth.

In a large salad bowl, combine all the fruits.
