  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, draining all but

  • 0.3 cup orange or pineapple juice concentrate
  • 0.3 cup honey
  • 0.3 cup tahini
  • 0.3 cup golden raisins
  • 3 cup flour (
  • 2 cup whole wheat
  • 1 cup unbleached)
  • 2 tbsp Ener-G baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 375° for one hour. CHECK after 30 minutes, and turn down to 350° if browning too fast.
