One Pot Tuna Pasta

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 can white albacore tuna, drained
  • 0.3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 0.5 cup water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh basil
  • 1 jar (4 oz) pimento, diced
  • 9 oz frozen cut green beans
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

    Bring water, bouillon cubes, pepper, and basil to a boil in a 4-quart pot.

    Gradually add pasta so water keeps boiling. Cover and simmer 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in diced pimento, green beans, and milk. Cover and simmer 6–8 more minutes until pasta and beans are tender.

    Stir in cheese, tuna, and parsley until cheese is melted.

    Serve immediately.
