- 0.5 tsp nutmeg

MIX spices with sugar. ADD eggs to milk, then STIR potatoes into mixture. POUR in crust and BAKE at 350°F for 45 minutes. For PUDDING: POUR in shallow oiled casserole dish. PLACE in hot oven, 425°F for 10 minutes. LOWER heat to 350°F and BAKE slowly 'til firm and brown.
