Old Fashioned Hot Fudge Cake

  • 2 (1 oz.) unsweetened baking squares
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 ½ cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups boiling water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • cocoa

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine melted chocolate squares, Bisquick, milk, vanilla, and 2/3 cup sugar.

    Beat with whisk until smooth.

    Pour into a 12 x 8 pan.

    Sprinkle with cocoa and 1/3 cup sugar.

    Pour boiling water over all. Do not stir.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve immediately with ice cream or whipped cream.
