Oatmeal Muffins

- 1 cup cooked
- 5 0.5 cup flour
- 0.5 cup milk
- oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoons baking

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Grease 12 standard muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

Fill muffin cups almost full.

Bake in a preheated oven.

After about 8 minutes, lower the heat to prevent overbaking and drying out the muffins.

Let your oat muffins cool for at least 10 minutes before removing them from the tin.
