Nutty Noodles

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 oz fine egg noodles
  • 1 bottle olives, cut up
  • 0.5 lb cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.3 lb salted mixed nuts, chopped

Instructions

    Cook ground beef and onion until brown; drain fat.

    Cook noodles in salted water until done. Drain.

    Add meat mixture, olives, and cheese to noodles.

    Dilute soup with milk. Add to meat mixture. Mix well; pour into a casserole dish.

    Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
