- 1 cabbage, shredded
- 2 green peppers, sliced in rings
- 1 onion, sliced thin and separated
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Combine cabbage, green pepper and onion in large bowl.

Mix well and set aside.
