  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ½ pounds chicken
  • 1 can (14½ oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 jar (4½ oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Instructions

    Heat oil and brown chicken; drain.

    Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic combined with soup mix.

    Simmer 45 minutes until chicken is done.

    Serve over hot noodles.
