- 2 ½-3 pounds hamburger 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and
- 2 slice bread, crumbed chopped
- 2 eggs 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 ¼ cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- ¼ cup crushed soda crackers Cheddar or American cheese, cubed
- ¼ cup milk Sauce:
- ¼ cup crushed bacon (beef) ¾ cup white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, onion, and salt together in a large bowl.

Using your hands or a spoon, mix the ground beef mixture until everything is well combined.

Shape into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Arrange meatballs in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

While browning meatballs, combine all barbecue sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Stir together until smooth.

Pour sauce over your browned meatballs.
