No Bake Cookies - Patty Miller
A heavenly cookies recipe for No Bake Cookies.

- 2 cups sugar
- 4 Tbs. cocoa
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup grated coconut (optional)
Instructions

Mix sugar, cocoa, and salt in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan.

Add margarine and milk, bring to a boil.

Boil for 1 minute 45 seconds, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients.

Mix for 1 minute.

Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

Chill until firm.
