New England Style Baked Beans
Classic New England slow cooker baked beans with navy beans, smoked ham, bacon, brown sugar, molasses, and dry mustard — tender, sweet, and deeply smoky.

- 0.5 cup onion, chopped
- 3 0.5 cup dry navy beans
- 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 lb smoked ham
- 0.5 cup molasses
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 lb bacon
- 1 tsp dry mustard

Soak beans as package directs until completely soft. Drain, reserving 1 cup liquid.

Put beans in crockpot. Add ham, bacon, onion, brown sugar, molasses, reserved bean liquid, salt, and dry mustard; mix well.

Cover and cook on LOW 10–12 hours or HIGH 6–8 hours.
