  • 2 cup white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup salami, bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, bite-size pieces
  • 6 oz marinated artichoke hearts with liquid
  • 0.3 cup Italian dressing
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh basil
