- 1 cup Shortening
- 3 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2-1/2 cups sifted Flour
- 1 tsp grated Orange Rind
Instructions

Mix to form soft ball.

Use with cookie press or make thumbprint.

Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes.
