Mountain Man Breakfast

  • 2 package frozen asparagus
  • 2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • bacon
  • 1/
  • 2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped 2 gloves garlic, minced
  • bag O'brian potatoes 1 onion, chopped
  • eggs, beaten-
  • 1

  • 2 lb grated cheddar cheese 12 eggs, beaten
  • pepper cheese, grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • salsa
  • 1/
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

    Pre heat Dutch oven. Cut bacon into small pieces 1 tsp red pepper

    and cook bacon and onion until clear. Remove 1/2 tsp Tobasco

  3. 3

    mixture and add O'brian potatoes. Do not rain 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

  4. 4

    bacon drippings. Fry until golden brown. Stir bacon 4 tbs parsley flakes

  5. 5

    mixture back in, then add eggs. Cover and cook

  6. 6

    until eggs are almost solid. Sprinkle with cheese Cook asparagus, mushrooms, green onion, onion,

    and continue cooking until eggs are set and cheese and garlic in a small amount of water about 7

    melted. Serve with salsa. minutes or until tender. Drain. In a large pot,

    combine eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg, red pepper,

    Geezer style -- add 1 tbs chili powder, 2 tsp red pepper, and Tobasco. Beat until blended well. Stir

    pepper, and 1 tsp tobasco sauce to egg mixture in cooked veggies and Swiss cheese. Pour into foil

    minutes or until set.
