- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 10 each dried red chilies
- 10 each green onions, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 tsp cornstarch

Place a wok over high heat until hot.

Add beef and stir-fry until no longer pink, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
