Mom’s Swiss Steak

- 2 lb Round steak
- 2 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbs Catsup
- 2 Tbs Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 Tbs Flour
Instructions

Pound about 6 Tbs Flour into sides of steak.

Brown steak in hot fat in a skillet.

Add all ingredients.

Cover.

Cook over low heat or in the oven at 300 for about 2-2 1/2 hours or until tender.

Uncover last 15 minutes to cook down to a thick sauce.
