- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups sifted, plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 1/2 cups of crushed pineapple
- 2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Cream the sugar, butter and eggs together

stir in the remaining ingredients

pour into a greased 9” X 13” pan

bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
