  • 1 lb lean meat, thinly sliced
  • 1 each tsp. salt
  • 0.3 each tsp. pepper
  • 1 each tsp. chili powder
  • 0.5 each tsp. garlic powder
  • 0.5 each tsp. crushed oregano
  • 1 each tsp. paprika

Instructions

    Blend all ingredients except meat in a bowl.

    Dip each piece of meat into marinade, coating well.

  3. 3

    Place in shallow glass dish.

  4. 4

    Pour remaining marinade over top, cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.

    When the meat is ready, remove it from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.

  6. 6

    Proceed with drying either in oven or food dehydrator.
