Mexican Goulash
A quick stovetop Mexican-spiced ground beef and macaroni dish in tomato juice with chili powder, garlic, and green pepper.

- 0.5 cup onion, chopped
- 0.3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cup tomato juice
- 1 0.5 cup raw elbow macaroni
- 0.3 tsp garlic powder
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 0.3 tsp chili powder

Cook macaroni in boiling water for 7 minutes; drain.

Cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper in a cast-iron skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain fat.
