Mexican Casserole

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 20 oz canned enchilada sauce
  • 14 oz evaporated milk
  • 10 0.8 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 0.8 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 4 oz canned diced green chiles
  • 9 oz Doritos tortilla chips
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain well.

    Add enchilada sauce, evaporated milk, both soups, and green chiles to the beef. Bring to a boil.

    In a 13x9-inch baking dish, layer Doritos, then the meat mixture, then more Doritos, then cheese.

    Bake at 325°F until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through, about 20 to 25 minutes.
