  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup salsa, drained
  • 2 large hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.3 tsp ground cumin
  • 4 cup lettuce leaves

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the chicken, salsa, eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, lime peel, chili powder, and cumin.
