- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup salsa, drained
- 2 large hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp grated lime peel
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.3 tsp ground cumin
- 4 cup lettuce leaves
