  • 2 cup cooked chicken, deboned and diced
  • 10 0.8 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 0.8 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 oz can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 cup Doritos tortilla chips, roughly crushed

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a casserole dish, layer the cooked chicken, chopped onion, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and crushed Doritos chips.

    In a separate bowl, mix the Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup together until combined.

    Pour the soup mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the casserole dish.

    Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.

    Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
