  • 2 medium zucchini cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 cinnamon stick, 2 inch
  • 0.8 lb stew meat cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes with oregano, basil and garlic, undrained, 14.5oz
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • Cooking Spray
  • 3 0.5 cup hot cooked orzo, cooked
  • without salt or fat
