Meatloaf (Slow Cooker)

A classic moist meatloaf made in the slow cooker with milk-soaked bread, eggs, onion, dry mustard, and whole canned tomatoes.

  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 2 slice white bread
  • 1 0.5 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion, peeled and grated
  • 1 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 12 oz canned whole tomatoes

Instructions

    Soak bread in milk until all liquid is absorbed. Break into crumbs with two forks.

    Beat ground beef into crumbs until well mixed. Add eggs, onion, salt, pepper, and mustard; mix well.

    Add tomatoes and mix gently. Shape into a loaf and place in crockpot.

    Cook on LOW 8 hours.
