- 2 ½-3 pounds hamburger 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and
- 2 slice bread, crumbed chopped
- 2 eggs 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 ¼ cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- ¼ cup crushed soda crackers Cheddar or American cheese, cubed
- ¼ cup milk Sauce:
- ¼ cup crushed bacon (beef) ¾ cup white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Combine the panko, milk, parsley, mustard, egg, chopped onions, and the remaining salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Add the beef, pork, and 1 cup of the gruyère and use your hands to gently mix until combined.

Add 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1 minced garlic clove, and soaked breadcrumbs.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add onion; cook and stir until onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes.

Fry meatballs in a pan with 2 Tablespoons oil over medium-high heat for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
