  • 0.5 each lb. ground beef
  • 0.5 each lb. ground pork
  • 1 each lg. onion, sliced
  • 0 each c. tomato juice
  • 1 each pkg. frozen corn
  • 2 each tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 each tsp. salt
  • 0.5 each tsp. black pepper
  • 1 each c. milk-eggs

Instructions

    In large skillet cook meat and onions together and drain off fat.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Mix Jiffy mix, milk and eggs.

    Pour meat mixture into casserole dish.

  6. 6

    Top with Jiffy corn bread mixture and bake at 400 degrees until bread is brown and done.
