Maw Maw's Slaw
A classic creamy Southern coleslaw with crunchy cabbage, carrots and a tangy-sweet dressing.

- 1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 small head purple cabbage, finely shredded
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 0 to taste salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the shredded green and purple cabbage with the grated carrots.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar and mustard until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
