  • 1 pound black olives
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon slice
  • Olive oil

Instructions

    Mix together red wine vinegar, garlic, paprika and lemon.

    Stir in black olives.

    Put into a jar and add enough olive oil to fill it.
