  • 2 can Italian plum tomatoes
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 0.3 cup olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.3 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a saucepan.

    Add garlic and chopped onion and sauté until onions are translucent.

    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.

    Cook slowly for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.

    Serve over pasta.
