Crockpot maple glazed sweet potatoes

  • 5 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • dash salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

    Peel & slice sweet potatoes.

    Place in CP.

  3. 3

    Whisk remaining ingredients together & pour over potatoes.

  4. 4

    Cover & cook on low 7 to 9 hours.

  5. 5

    Stir a few times if possible to keep them coated.
